Our fees are among the most competitive in the UK, offering exceptional value and a tailored recruitment service designed around your nursery’s needs. There are no upfront fees when you use our full recruitment service, you only pay once your chosen candidate has accepted the offer.
Our pricing model is straightforward and consistent: the fee remains the same regardless of the role you’re hiring for, whether it’s an apprentice, practitioner, room leader, or nursery manager.
For permanent placements, we charge a simple percentage-based fee. For fixed-term contracts, we offer highly competitive flat rates.
We also provide exclusive discounts for returning clients or those hiring for multiple roles within the same recruitment service. You’ll find full details of our Terms & Conditions here too, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Here’s our fee structure for both permanent and fixed term contracts.
Permanent Placement:
9% of the Candidate’s total gross annual Remuneration applicable during the first 12 months of the Engagement.
Flat Fee for Fixed Term Placement:
1-2 months: £800
3-6 months: £1,200
7-12 months: £1,600
Multiple hires & Returning Clients Discount 10% off!
Multiple Hires
When you need to fill more than one position as part of the same recruitment request, we’re here to make it even more cost-effective.
We offer a 10% discount starting from the second placement. The first placement—or the one with the highest fee—will be charged at the full rate, and each additional hire will receive a 10% discount. This amazing offer is valid for both permanent placements and fixed-term contracts, helping you save while growing your team efficiently.
