How Does the Referral Scheme Work?
If you want to refer a friend or nursery, you have two easy options:
Ask your friend or the nursery to get in touch with us directly and mention your name as the referrer.
ORContact us yourself with their name and contact details — just make sure you’ve got their permission first!

If the person or setting you refer results in a successful hire, you’ll receive an Amazon voucher of up to £100 as a thank you from us. It’s that simple.
Terms & Conditions
To receive your Amazon voucher, the following conditions must apply:
The referred candidate or setting must not already be registered with Panda.
The referred candidate must be eligible to work in the UK.
The candidate must be placed in a role within 6 months of being referred.
For nursery referrals, the setting must successfully hire a candidate through us within 6 months of being referred.
You must have the candidate’s or nursery’s permission to share their details.
For Permanent Placements:
You’ll receive your voucher once the referred candidate successfully completes their probation period (duration confirmed in their employment contract).
For Contract Placements:
You’ll receive your voucher once the referred candidate completes 30 fully chargeable days in their role.
Voucher value depends on the role and type of placement.
Don’t forget — you can refer as many people or nurseries as you like!
